Note:
1.Сторони погодили внести зміни в пункти 2.1. та 5.1 Договору, виклавши в наступній редакції: «2.1. За цим Договором Постачальник продає електричну енергію Споживачу для забезпечення потреб електроустановок Споживача (ДК 021:2015 код 09310000-5 Електрична енергія (електрична енергія) з очікуваним обсягом 11587 кВт/год, а Споживач оплачує Постачальнику вартість використаної (купованої) електричної енергії та здійснює інші платежі згідно з умовами цього Договору.»; «5.1. Ціна Договору становить 48295,82 грн. (Сорок вісім тисяч двісті дев’яносто п’ять гривень 82 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ - 8049,30 грн. (Вісім тисяч сорок дев'ять гривень 30 коп.).» 2. Сторони погодили внести зміни в Додаток №2: Комерційна пропозиція до Договору, виклавши абзац перший таблиці в наступній редакції: «Ціна (тариф) на електричну енергію, що постачається споживачу розраховується Постачальником та на день укладення договору становить 3,47342 грн. за ІкВт/год. (без ПДВ), та включає: ціну закупівлі електричної енергії Постачальником на ринку та тариф на послуги постачальника, а також тариф послуг оператора системи передачі який становить 0,34564 грн. за ІкВт/год. (без ПДВ)».
