1. Пункт 9.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати підписання його Сторонами і діє до 30 червня 2022 року, а у частині грошових зобов’язань – до повного розрахунку».
2. Всі інші умови Договору, які не змінено цією додатковою угодою, залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
3. Ця додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
4. Дана додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
