Відповідно до п.п. 1 п. 19 Постанови КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178 дійшли спільної згоди укласти додаткову угоду до договору про закупівлю послуг з розподілу електричної енергії від 02.01.2023 № 01/23 про наступне:
1. Сторони домовилися внести зміни в п. 3.1. розділу Розділу III «Ціна договору» та викласти його у новій редакції:
1.1. «Ціна договору на період з 01 січня 2023 р. по 30 листопада 2023 р., згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 3 712 764,78 грн (три мільйони сімсот дванадцять тисяч сімсот шістдесят чотири грн. 78 коп) у т.ч. ПДВ – 618 794,13 грн у т. ч
