П.10 п.п.10.2 Продовжити дію договору №16 Т від 06.02.2018 р. у 2019 році на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на суму 43 099,96 грн (сорок три тисячі дев'яносто дев'ять грн 96 коп з ПДВ), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в цьому договорі 215 499,80 грн (двісті п'ятнадцять тисяч чотириста дев'яносто дев'ять грн 80 коп з ПДВ). 2. Ця додаткова угода, на підставі ч.3 ст 631 Цивільного кодексу України, набуває чинності з 01.01.2019 року та діє по 01.03.2019 року, а частині розрахунків до повного виконання договірних зобов'язань.
