Мною, Уповноваженою особою, під час внесення змін до договору про Закупівлю відповідно до Додаткової угоди від 16 січня 2023 року № 40-7 до договору № 40 від 16.02.2022 року на виконання частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2022-01-04-003067-c було допущено технічну помилку, яка вплинула на внесення інформації про закупівлю, а саме:
необхідно було збільшити Кількість/ обсяг товарів згідно пункту 1.2. Розділу 1 Договору № 40 від 16.02.2022 року з урахуванням змін ,внесених Додатковою угодою № 40-6 від 28.12.2022 року та Додатковою угодою № 40-7 від 16.01.2023 року , а мною враховані тільки кількісні та вартісні показники передбачені Додатковою угодою № 40-7 .
У зв’язку з чим необхідно розмістити на вебпорталі Уповноваженого органу правильні Кількість/ обсяг товарів даної закупівлі, шляхом внесення змін до Додаткової угоди від 16.01.2023 року № 40-7,
Попередньо внесені зміни вважати помилково розміщеними.
Відповідно загальна сума вартості договору № 40 від 16.02.2022року, з урахуванням підписаних Додаткової угоди від 16.01.2023 року № 40-7 з усіма змінами становить 1 427 729,88 грн. із врахуванням ПДВ.
Кількість товарів: філе куряче охолоджене – 10 248 кг; стегно куряче, охолоджене – 1 028,50 кг»
