Погодження зміни ціни за одиницю товару в договорі про закупівлю у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, що відбулося з моменту укладання договору про закупівлю або останнього внесення змін до договору про закупівлю в частині зміни ціни за одиницю товару.
