Замовник та Постачальник, керуючись нормами ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії договору № ПО-000110 про закупівлю товару від 02.04.2019 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
