1.У зв’язку з затримкоюпри погодженні проектної документації з вини організації, погодження проектної документації з якою є обов’язковим, відповідно до підпункту «г» пункту 3.8 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Додатку 2 Договору - «Календарний план виконання робіт» та викласти його в новій редакції, що додається.
2. Внести зміни до розділу 20 Договору в частині реквізитів Виконавця та викласти їх наступній редакції:
