Сторони дійшли згоди доповнити Договір п. 4.4 наступного змісту:
«4.4. Відповідно до кошторисних призначень Споживача на вересень-грудень 2023 року виділені бюджетні асигнування на взяття бюджетних зобов’язань складають, на дату підписання даної додаткової угоди, 1 015 167,30 грн. (Один мільйон п'ятнадцять тисяч сто шістдесят сім грн, 30 коп.), з ПДВ.
Невідповідність обсягів бюджетного фінансування вартості Договору не позбавляє Споживача від обов’язку виконання п. 5. 1. даного Договору.
В подальшому бюджетні зобов'язання можуть збільшуватися відповідно до кошторисних призначень Споживача.»
