Відповідно до п.11.1 даного договору та ч.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії договору на закупівлю деревини паливної на строк , достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 р, що не перевищує 20% суми договору . Сума додаткової угоди складає 29495,40 грн.
