Змінити Пункт 12.1 Договору № ___ від _______, та викласти його в наступній редакції: « Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін, реєстрації у Замовника та діє до 31.12.2023року, але в будь – якому випадку – до повного виконання Сторонами зобов’язань за цим Догоровом. 5. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання та діє до повного використання коштів за даною додатковою угодою, але до 31.12.2023 року, а в частині розрахунків до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань по договору
