Сторони, керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, дійшли згоди дію Договору № 70 від 22.02.2021р. продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Товар відповідно до специфікації (додаток №1). Очікувана сума цієї додаткової угоди складає: 26 754,00 грн. (двадцять шість тисяч сімсот п’ятдесят чотири гривні 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 4 459,00 грн.
