Пункт 4.1 розділу 4 "Ціна, порядок обліку і оплати електричної енергії" Договору викласти в новій редакції наступного змісту: "4.1. Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за ціною, що з 15.06.2022р. становить 3,43570 грн.(з ПДВ)."
Пункт 1.3 розділу 1 "Предмет договору" викласти в новій редакції такого змісту: "1.3. Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період з 15 червня 2022р. до 31 грудня 2022р. становить 106324 кВт*год.

Вартість електричної енергії за цим Договором визначається з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання енергії протягом періоду, вказаного в пункті 1.3. цього Договору, та становить 167916,67 грн., крім того ПДВ 33583,33 грн., всього з ПДВ 201500,00 грн.

1. Зменшити суму Договору на 102697,93 грн. (з ПДВ) та викласти пункт 4.3 Договору в наступній редакції:
"4.3 Вартість електричної енергії за цим Договором визначається з урахуванням суми очікувальної вартості постачання електричної енергії протяком періоду, вказаного у пункті 1.3 цього Договорцу, та становить 82335,06 грн. (вісімдесят дві тисячі триста тридцять п'ять грн. 06 коп.), крім того ПДВ - 16467,01 (шістнадцять тисяч чотириста шістдесят сім грн. 01 коп.), всього 98802,07 грн. (дев'яносто вісім тисяч вісімсот дві грн. 07 коп.) у тому числі: загальний фонд 98802,07 грн., враховуючи ПДВ 16467,01 грн."
