У зв'язку з тим, що договори підряду № 91 від 24.07.2017 та 95 від 28.07.2017, які є підставою до укладання договору про надання послуг з технічного нагляду № 198 від 08.12.2017, вступили в силу з 28.11.2017 року (після надання ЕІБ « без заперечень» ) та відповідно до пункту 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» з причини затримки фінансування замовника термін дії договорів підряду продовжено до 31.12.2018, з метою виконання зобов'язань за договором № 198 від 08 грудня 2017 р. (далі по тексту – Договір) щодо надання послуг (у відповідності до пункту 2) уклали цю додаткову угоду до Договору
