Керуючись п.4 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII щодо продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі, враховуючи норми п. 21 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» від 23.04.2014 р. № 117, сторони внесли зміни щодо фінансування закупівлі у 2019-2020 роках, зміни строків виконання робіт та внесення змін у реквізити Сторін.
