Замовник і Виконавець дійшли згоди внести зміни до пункту 7.1 розділу VІІ Договору «Строк дії договору», виклавши його в новій редакції: «7.1. Цей Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання СТОРОНАМИ, скріплення печатками (у разі їх наявності) і діє до 31.12.2025 року, а в частині грошових зобов’язань – до повного виконання». 2. Ця Угода вважається укладеною і набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та скріплення її печатками Сторін. 3. Ця Угода складена при повному розумінні Сторонами її умов та термінології українською мовою у двох автентичних примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, - по одному для кожної із Сторін.
