Укласти з Постачальником Додаткову угоду, на підставі якої будуть внесені зміни в Договір №286 від 24.10.2022 р. Пункти 1.1 та 8.1 вважати недійсними. Замість них додати пункти п.1.1.1. та 8.1.1. і викласти у наступній редакції:
1.1.1. Постачальник зобов’язується у 2022 році поставити Замовнику ДК 021:2015 – 03210000-6 Зернові культури та картопля (03212100-1 – картопля) (далі – товар), а Замовник – прийняти і оплатити товар, який постачається згідно умов Договору.
8.1.1. Договір про закупівлю набирає чинності з дня його підписання та діє до 31.12.2022 року.
