Керучись п.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про Публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII збільшити суму цієї додаткової угоди (в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі (укладеному в попередньому році) № 133 від “25” квітня 2017 року, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку). Ціна цієї додаткової угоди складає 204 347,12 грн. (з ПДВ).Бензин А-92 (або еквівалент) талони-5449л.(ціна за 1 літр - 22,58 грн.з ПДВ), Дизельне паливо (або еквівалент) талони - 3870л (ціна за 1 літр - 21,01 грн з ПДВ).

Відповідно до пп.2 п.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», в зв’язку із зміною роздрібних цін на ринку нафтопродуктів, що підтверджено Інформаційно-цінової довідкою №26-0010 від 22.01.2018р., виданою Торгово-Промисловою Палатою (Миколаївська обл.), Сторони домовилися змінити (збільшити) ціну за одиницю предмету закупівлі (за 1 літр) не більш ніж на 10 відсотків та зменшити кількість предмету закупівлі.
Бензин А-92 (або еквівалент) талони - 4 955л. (ціна за 1л -24,83 грн. з ПДВ).Дизельне паливо (або еквівалент) талони - 3 515л. (ціні за 1л.-23,10 грн. з ПДВ).
