Note:
відповідно постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 9 грудня 2020 р. № 1236 зі змінами, що вносяться до актів Кабінету Міністрів України затверджено постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11 серпня 2021 р. № 855 та частиною 1 статті 188 Господарського кодексу України, частиною 1 статті 652 Цивільного кодексу України, Сторони уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Сторони вирішили внести зміни в пункт 8.1 розділу 8 Договору №499-П від 09.07.21 року в такій редакції : «8.1.Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами та діє до 01.10.2021 року, але до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторонами.»
2. Усі інші умови залишаються незмінними.
