На підставі рішення Виконавчого комітету Житомирської міської ради від 02.10.2024 №1561 «Про застосування та встановлення тарифів на теплову енергію, її виробництво, транспортування та постачання, послугу з постачання теплової енергії», за даною додатковою угодою Сторони прийшли до згоди та вирішили внести зміни у.п. 3.2 договору від 03 січня 2024 року №209-Т-2/24-ДО, і викласти п.3.2 у наступній редакції :
«Тарифи на теплову енергію становлять для другої групи споживачів: 3144,23 гривень за одну Гкал. без ПДВ (три тисячі сто сорок чотири грн. 23 коп)»
