Note:
Відкриті торги на закупівлю бензину А-92 та А-95 (09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти) було двічі відмінено через відсутність достатньої кількості учасників (UA-2017-12-04-002487-c та UA-2017-12-20-000028-c). На момент оголошення торгів очікувана вартість закупівлі була визначена замовником на підставі моніторингу середньоринкової ціни та була актуальною.
На підставі ст. 35 ч.2 п. 4 було проведено переговорну процедуру закупівлі (UA-2018-01-12-001097-b). У ході проведення переговорів Постачальником було повідомлено, що середньоринкова ціна товару зросла, але згідно ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» предмет закупівлі, його технічні та якісні характеристики, а також вимоги до учасника не повинні відрізнятися від вимог, що були визначені замовником у тендерній документації.
