4.1. Постачання Товару здійснюється Учасником протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з дня отримання Постачальником заявки Замовника.
Строк поставки - до 28.12.2022р. Місце поставки – 50000, м. Кривий Ріг, заклади освіти Довгинцівського району відповідно до Додатку №3.
Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
2. Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
