Керуючись п.7 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та Постановою НКРЕКП від 06.08.2021р. № 1252 сторони погодилися внести зміни до Договору № 02910098. Ціна за 1 кВт/год. електричної енергії за цим Договором становить - 4,0780824 грн. в т. ч. ПДВ - 0,6796804 грн.
