2. На підставі п.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пункту 10.2. Договору визначити, що вартість даної додаткової угоди не перевищує 20 відсотків суми фінансових зобов’язань за Договором.

Загальна вартість товарів по Специфікації до цієї Додаткової угоди становить 126014,13 грн. (Сто двадцять шість тисяч чотирнадцять гривень 13 копійок), у т.ч. ПДВ 8243,92 грн.
