Дана Додаткова угода не може бути оприлюднена через функціонал "Розірвання" на майданчику, оскільки, враховуючи специфіку товару, його отримані обсяги та сума сплати за договором будуть відомі лише в січні місяці за фактом споживання електричної енергії у грудні. При оприлюдненні додаткової угоди про розірвання договору необхідно обов'язково вводити в електронні поля суму фактичного виконання договору, чого з об'єктивних причин зробити станом на 24.12 неможливо, оскільки до кінця грудня ще триватиме споживання. Причину зміни договору теж обрано з фіксованого переліку, який не відповідає нашій потребі. Проте з метою уникнення пропущення строків для оприлюднення додаткової угоди прийнято таке технічне рішення.Розірвання договору відбулося з вини Постачальника за його ініціативи через нерентабельність виконання згідно діючого тарифу із врахуванням реальних ринкових цін на електричну енергію, що не було враховано під час підписання Додаткової угоди №9 від 21.12.2021 року, оскільки основною метою здійснення господарської діяльності Постачальником є отримання прибутку, керуючись ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України та пунктами 16.3, 16.4 Договору Сторони домовились розірвати договір з 31.12.2021 року
