Сторони домовилися викласти у новій редакції п. 3.2. Розділу 3 ДОГОВОРУ №15-Б від «12» листопада 2018 року та вказати:
3.2. Вартість робіт по даному договору в межах бюджетного фінансування на 2018 рік становить 4 312 731,61 грн. (чотири мільйони триста дванадцять тисяч сімсот тридцять одна гривня шістдесят одна копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 20% -718 788,61 грн. (сімсот вісімнадцять тисяч сімсот вісімдесят вісім гривень шістдесят одна копійок).
Сума бюджетного фінансування на 2019 рік становить 4 124 590,31 грн. (чотири мільйони сто двадцять чотири тисячі п’ятсот дев’яносто гривень тридцять одна копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 687 431,72 грн. (шістсот вісімдесят сім тисяч чотириста тридцять одна гривня сімдесят дві копійок).
Вартість робіт по Договору в період з січня 2019 року по лютий 2019 року в межах суми бюджетного фінансування становить 3 410 906,51 грн. (три мільйони чотириста десять тисяч дев’ятсот шість гривень п’ятдесят одна копійка).
Вартість не завершених робіт по Договору становить 713 683,80 грн. (сімсот тринадцять тисяч шістсот вісімдесят три гривні вісімдесят копійок).
Загальна сума коштів з державного бюджету України в межах бюджетного фінансування – 8 437 321,92 грн.
Коригування твердої ціни відбувається лише у випадках, передбачених законодавством, що регулює сферу державних закупівель, Постанови КМУ від 01.08.2005р. №668 та Правил визначення вартості будівництва ДСТУ Б.Д.1.1-1:2013, прийнятих наказом Міністерства регіонального розвитку, будівництва та житлово-комунального господарства України від 05 липня 2013 року №293, чинним законодавством України та цим Договором.
