Note:
Керуючись вимогами пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли взаємної згоди щодо продовження строку дії договору. Сторони домовились укласти цю додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії договору надання послуг з централізованого опалення № 118 від 03 травня 2018 року (далі – «Договір») на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року, а саме до 31 березня 2019 року.

Керуючись вимогами пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли взаємної згоди щодо укладення цієї Додаткової угоди до договору про надання послуг з централізованого опалення № 118 від 03 травня 2018 року (далі - «Договір») на суму 4 032,00 грн. (Чотири тисячі тридцять дві грн. 00 коп.), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у даному Договорі.
