Note:
У зв’язку із застосуванням пункту 1 цієї Додаткової угоди, Сторони домовились внести зміни до пункту 11.1. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: «Даний Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання і діє до завершення воєнного стану, оголошеного Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 №64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні», але не пізніше ніж до 31.12.2023, а в частині оплати товару - до повного виконання сторонами узятих на себе зобов’язань. Строк дії договору може бути продовжений за згодою, у разі продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні понад період, визначений Указом Президента України від 07.11.2022 № 757/2022».
