Note:
1. Сторони домовились у зв’язку з зменшенням обсягів закупівлі Замовника - Споживача та керуючись п.1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” внести зміни до Договору.
2. Сторони домовилися викласти п.1.2. та п 3.1. в редакції наступного змісту:
1.2. Найменування: теплова енергія в кількості 259,22 Гкал - 3.1. вартість Договору з врахуванням ПДВ становить 460698,00 грн. (чотириста шістдесят тисяч шістсот дев ’яносто вісім грн. 00 коп. )
3. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання.
4. Дана Додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
5. Дана Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
6. Дана Додаткова угода набуває чинності з моменту підписання і діє до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань.
