На підставі наказу ТОВ "КОМСІТІ" № 33, № 34 від 14.08.2024 року, керуючись рішенням виконавчого комітету Новомосковської міської ради № 627/0/6-24 від 14.08.2024 року, "Про корегування тарифів на послуги з централізованого водопостачання та централізованого водовідведення для населення, бюджетних установ, інших споживачів та суб'єктів господарювання у сфері централізованого водопостачання/водовідведення на території міста Новомосковська", Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору № 1022 від 24.01.2024 року, а саме внести зміни до пункту 20 Договору.
