Відповідно до п.7 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та зважаючи на зміни внесені в Постанову НКРЕКП № 1177 від 05.10.2018 р постановою НКРЕКП № 1244 від 27.06.2019р.
1. П.З Додатку № 2 «Комерційна пропозиція» (для бюджетних установ) до Договору викласти в редакції:
2. Вважати Додаткові угоди № 7 від «12» липня 2019р, №8 від «22» липня 2019р до Договору не дійсними.
3. Сторони дійшли згоди в тому, що всі положення договору, в які не було внесено змін даною додатковою угодою, залишаються незмінними.
4. Відповідно до частини 3 статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони домовились, що ця Додаткова угода набуває чинності з дня її підписання обома Сторонами, застосовується до відносин Сторін, що виникли з 01.07.2019 року, та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
