Керуючись п.1,2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.1 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару , не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору - не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю, зменшити обсяги закупівлі , зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків

Керуючись п.1,2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.1 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару , не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору - не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю, зменшити обсяги закупівлі , зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків . У зв’язку із застосуванням п. 1 цієї Додаткової угоди Сторони домовились внести зміни до Специфікації ( додаток №1 до Договору). Специфікація в новій редакції додається до цієї додаткової угоди.
