Керуючись нормами ЗУ Про публічні закупілі сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії договору №45/21-ФО від 19.03.2021 для можливості проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеній у договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку, що становить 30744грн, у т.ч. ПДВ -5124грн. Дана додаткова угода врегульовує відносини між сторонами з 01.01.2022 року і діє до 31.03.2022 року
