Договору у зв'язку з необхідністю подання документів в Державну інспекцію архітектури та містобудування (далі - ДІАМ) для отримання Сертифікату про прийняття в експлуатацію закінчених будівництвом об'єктів, до отримання Сертифікату в ДІАМ, про Замовник невідкладно письмово повідомляє Підрядника, при цьому строк виконання робіт продовжується на строк призупинення.
