У зв'язку із закінченням бюджетного періоду та не в повному обсязі використання договору Д10/12-0109 від 24.01.2017 року, та у подальшому перерозподілу залишку невикористаних коштів по даному договору на інші загальноосвітні заклади району для здійснення ними повного розрахунку за електроенергію в поточному році сторони вирішили зменшити суму основного договору Д10/12-0109 від 24.01.2017 року на суму 28 340 грн 85 коп., та викласти п. 3.1.4 в новій редакції:
3.1.4 Орієнтовна ціна за даним Договором на період 2017 року становить 1 091 944 грн. 58 коп.

2. Вартість договору у 2018 році становить 561,792 тис. грн. з ПДВ.
3. Ціна за 1000 куб. метрів природного газу з 01.01.2018 рокустановить 10440,00 грн з ПДВ.
3.1 Плановий обсяг постачання газу у 2018 році – до 53,811 тис. куб. м.
4. Викласти пункт 11.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
«Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання та діє до 31 січня 2018 року (включно), а в частині проведення розрахунків - до їх повного виконання.».
