Додаткова угода № 1/21 від 20.12.2021 року про внесення змін до істотних умов Договору про надання телекомунікаційних послуг бюджетній установі № 3033552 від 28.01.2021 року, у зв’язку зі зменшенням ціни Договору :
1.1. Сторони домовились зменшити плановий розмір коштів, які виділені в межах ліміту на оплату послуг зв’язку в 2021 році, на суму в розмірі 91, 15 грн. (Дев’яносто одна гривня 15 коп.) з ПДВ.
1.2. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності в день її підписання.
1.3. Додаткова угода складена українською мовою у двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
