У зв’язку із затвердженням кошторису, а саме збільшенням суми на 24 000,00 гри внести зміни в п.5.3. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«5.3. За цим Договором Постачальник продає електричну енергію Споживачу для забезпечення потреб електроустановок Споживача, а Споживач оплачує Постачальнику вартість спожитої (купленої) електричної енергії та здійснює інші платежі згідно з умовами цього Договору.
Найменування (номенклатура, асортимент) товару (послуги): електрична енергія (ДК 021-2015 - 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія»).
Орієнтовна ціна цього Договору на період жовтень, листопад, грудень 2020 року становить 115 300,00 гри. (сто п'ятнадцять тисяча триста грн, 00 коп. ), у тому числі ПДВ.
