1. Сторони домовились укласти дану додаткову угоду з метою виправлення арифметичної помилки в зв’язку з чим:
1. 1. Викласти пункт 3.1. договору в наступній редакції:
“3.1.Сума визначена у Договорі становить з урахуванням всіх витрат, зборів та податків Постачальника: 129 591,00 (сто двадцять дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот дев’яносто одна грн.) UAH. ПДВ не передбачений.
1.2. Викласти Специфікацію на поставку товару (Додаток №1) в новій редакції:

В зв’язку з коливанням цін на Код 15510000-6 - “Молоко та вершки ” ДК 021:2015 (Молоко згущене, сметана) на підставі п. 2. ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 3.3. договору поставки № 120 від 12.04.2017р., Сторони вирішили:
- збільшити ціну за одиницю товару Код 15510000-6 - “Молоко та вершки ” ДК 021:2015, а саме:
- на молоко згущене з 36, 00 грн. за 1 кг. до 39,6 грн. за 1 кг.;
- на сметану з 29, 88 грн. за 1 кг. до 32,86 грн. за 1 кг.; в зв’язку з чим:
викласти специфікацію, яка є невід’ємною частиною договору поставки 120 від 12.04.2017р. (додаток 1) в новій редакції.
Зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.

Збільшити ціну за одиницю товару Код 15510000-6 - “Молоко та вершки ” ДК 021:2015, а саме:
- на молоко згущене з 39,6 грн. за 1 кг. до 43,56 грн. за 1 кг.;
- на сметану з 32,86 грн. за 1 кг. до 36,14 за 1 кг.
Викласти специфікацію, яка є невід’ємною частиною договору поставки №120 від 12.04.2017р. (додаток 1) в новій редакції.
Зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
