Відповідно до умов Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії та п.7 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» виникла необхідність підписання додаткової угоди про зміну регульованої ціни (тарифу) за 1 кВт·год. Ціна за 1 кВт/год на ІІІ квартал 2019 р. становить 3,647052 грн. з ПДВ відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 27 червня 2019 року за №1244 «Про затвердження Змін до Порядку формування цін на універсальні послуги».

В зв’язку з реорганізацією шляхом перетворення Комунальної медичної установи «Міська лікарня № 1» в Комунальне некомерційне підприємство «Міська лікарня № 1» Чернівецької міської ради, зміною джерел фінансування, а саме зменшенням кошторисних призначень за спеціальним фондом (надходження від плати за послуги, що надаються бюджетними установами) та збільшенням кошторисних призначень міського бюджету.
