Згідно статті 36 ч.5 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» із змінами і доповненнями від 25 грудня 2015р. № 922-УІІІ дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Відповідно до наведеного термін дії Договору постачання природного газу Лг 545(18)Б від 22.01.2018р. продовжити на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року.

Постачальник передає Споживачу природній газ у січні 2019 року в обсягах до 59,119 тис.куб.м. Ціна за спожитий природний газ у 2018 р. за 1000 куб.м спожитого природного газу, без урахування тарифів на його транспортування, становить: 14490,00 грн. (дванадцять тисяч сімдесят п'ять гривень 00 копійок); податок на додану вартість у розмірі 20% до ціни газу - 2415,00 грн. (дві тисячі чотириста п'ятнадцять гривень 00 копійок). Загальна вартість даного обсягу поставки складає 856634,31 грн, у т.ч. ПДВ - 142772,39 грн. ( сто сорок дві тисячі сімсот сімдесят дві гривні 39 копійок).
