Відповідно до п 1. ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшити обсяг закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника . Керуючись розділом І Предмет договору п 1.3 зменшити обсяг закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника.
Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору № 151 кр/т (тендер) від 23.01.2017 року (далі основний Договір), ДК 016:2010 19.20.2 Паливо
рідинне та газ; оливи мастильні, (ДК 021:2015 09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти)
- а саме: зменшити загальну суму договору залежно від реального фінансування видатків на 169988,41 грн. (сто шістдесят дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот вісімдесят вісім грн.41 коп.)
1. Розділ III ЦІНА ДОГОВОРУ викласти в наступній редакції : Ціна цього договору становить 883959,59 грн. (вісімсот вісімдесят три тисячі дев’ятсот п’ятдесят дев’ять грн. 59 коп.)в тому числі ПДВ 147326,60 грн.
