У зв’язку із коливанням ціни на електричну енергію (далі – товар) на ринку електричної енергії, керуючись пунктом 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (а саме - ціну на залишок товару, який необхідно ще поставити) на 7,56 відсотків, а також відповідно зменшити кількість товару без збільшення загальної вартості Договору.
