Зміна ціни у зв’язку із зміною ставок податків і зборів (пункт 6 частини 5 статті 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі") Керуючись Постановою КМУ №224 від 20.03.2020 - товар звільняється від оподаткування ПДВ відповідно до пункту 71 підрозділу 2 розділу ХХ Податкового кодексу.
Оскільки, дана процедура була проведена з врахуванням суми з ПДВ, то технічно на даному етапі внесення змін шляхом оприлюднення додаткової угоди про зміну ціни у зв'язку із звільненням товару від ПДВ не дає можливості зазначити що ціна договору та ціна договору без ПДВ - ІНДЕНТИЧНА, тобто 180762,00 грн.
Прошу вважати за правильне:

Для того, щоб зміни збереглися в полі "ціна договору без ПДВ" зазаначаю суму на 1 гривню менше - для збереження інформації 180761,00"
