1. Доповнити пункт 2.1 розділ ІІ «Предмет договору» підпунктом 2.1.1 в наступній редакції:
«2.1.1. Оператор ГРМ надає з 01 січня 2022 року по 31 грудня 2022 року послуги з розподілу природного газу Споживачу (згідно Єдиного закупівельного словника ДК 021:2015 за кодом 65210000-8 «Розподіл газу») в обсязі замовленої потужності 64 743,59 куб.м, яка визначена відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 07.10.2019 № 2080.
2. Доповнити пункт 6.2. розділ VІ «Порядок розрахунків» підпунктом 6.2.1 в наступній редакції:
«6.2.1. Тариф на послуги розподілу природного газу, визначений Постановою НКРЕКП № 2771 від 22.12.2021, становить 1,99 грн. за 1 куб.м на місяць (без урахування ПДВ), крім того ПДВ (20%) – 0,398 грн., разом 2,388 грн. за 1 куб.м на місяць.
Загальна сума вартості Договору на 2022 рік складає 154 607,69 грн. сто п`ятдесят чотири тисячі шістсот сім гривень 69 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ – 25 767,95 грн.»
