Керуючись положеннями п. 1 ч. 5 статті 41 закону України «Про публічні закупівлі, з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
- викласти п. 2.2 розділу 2 «Предмет договору» в наступній редакції: «Плановий обсяг продажу електроенергії за Договором становлять 77,6 тис. кВт/год.
- п. 5.6 розділу 5 «Ціна, порядок обліку та оплати електричної енергії» викласти в наступній редакції: «Загальна ціна даного Договору становить 194 000,00 грн. (Сто дев’яносто чотири тисячі гривень 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 32 333,33 грн. (тридцять дві тисячі триста тридцять три грн., 33 коп.)
