«4.4. Відповідно до кошторисних призначень Споживача на січень-квітень 2023 року виділені бюджетні асигнування на взяття бюджетних зобов’язань складають, на дату підписання
даної додаткової угоди, 176761,10грн.(Сто сімдесят шість тисяч сімсот шістдесят одна грн. 10коп) з ПДВ .Невідповідність обсягів бюджетного фінансування вартості Договору не позбавляє
Споживача від обов’язку виконання п. 5.1. даного Договору. В подальшому бюджетні зобов'язання можуть збільшуватися відповідно до кошторисних призначень Споживача.»
