В зв’язку з тим, що система Prozorro не дає технічної можливості виправити помилку (зазначено в протоколі) шляхом коригування невірної та помилково опублікованої інформації на сторінці закупівлі, керуючись законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», з метою дотримання принципів здійснення публічних закупівель – прозорості та відкритості, сторони прийняли рішення укласти Додаткову угоду №2 та оприлюднити її через функціонал для оприлюднення додаткових угод шляхом обрання підстави для внесення змін до договору про закупівлю «покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю». Внесені зміни не вплинуть на результат проведення переговорної процедури закупівлі.
