1. У зв'язку з тим, що термін дії Договору закінчився, а зобов'язання щодо передачі товару не виконано, Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору до 30.06.2018р., при цьому ціна договору визначена в п. 3.3 Договору не збільшується.
2. Ця Додаткова Угода вступає в дію згідно з ч. З ст. 631 ЦК України з 01.01.2018 і діє до 30.06.2018 та є невід'ємною частиною Договору від 08.08.2017 № 08/07-ЕТ/170.
3. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
4. Додаткову Угоду складено у двох оригінальних примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
