У зв'язку зі зростанням ціни на електричну енергію на ринку, що підтверджується експертним висновком Черкаської торговопромислової палати від 19.09.2022 року № 0-348, керуючись умовами підпункту 2 пункту 13.2 Договору, статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, статтями 651. 652. 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, відповідно до пункту 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», дійшли взаємної згоди збільшити з 01.10.2022 року ціну за одиницю товару до 5,502 грн. з ПДВ (4,585 грн, без ПДВ)

(чотириста тридцять вісім тисяч п’ятсот гривень 00 коп.) з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. Кількість кВт*год збільшено на 79 695 кВт*год. Вартість за 1 кВт*год: 5,502 з ПДВ (4,585 грн.без ПДВ).
