1. Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічнізакупівлі» та згідно пункту 10 підпункту 10.3. Договору № 9 від 26.01.2022р. сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару – Бензин А-92, не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, викласти підпункт 2.1. пункту 2. Договору № 9 від 26.01.2022р., в наступній редакції. 2. Згідно пункту 10 підпункту 10.3. сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору № 9 від 26.01.2022р. та викласти підпункт 2.2. Договору № 9 від 26.01.2022р. у новій редакції. 3. Згідно пункту 10 підпункту 10.3. сторони дійшли згоди викласти специфікацію до Договору № 9 від 26.01.2022р. у новій редакції.
